This is a happy letter holder made of all different colored frit on a clear sheet glass base. It has a bit of a wingtip on one of the edges, where the glass draped beyond the mold and turned inward.  It was brought up to about 1400 F to fuse together for about 22 hours and then draped over a mold for over 25 hours to give it its final shape.
